Key Supplier Performance
If you are one of CED’s Key Suppliers, your quality and delivery performance is tracked by our Purchasing Department. We publish your performance on a monthly basis and the most recent quality and delivery performance data and composite ranking is available here.
The monthly ratings are defined as follows:

The composite rating combines the monthly quality rating with the monthly delivery rating and reports it with a single status. This composite status will be on “Alert” for any month when either the quality or delivery status fails to meet the minimum requirement for Silver status.
We will carry over the previous month’s performance for any month in which we have no new quality or new delivery data.
As a tool for you to target your improvement efforts, we will also supply a breakdown of nonconforming condition categories, as well as the percentage of shipments we received later than the agreed date. Please note that this date is filtered to compensate for weekends and holidays.
